Gallery Nature Morte showcased a post-modern genre of deconstructionist conceptual photography, sculpture, and painting. The gallery continues to be recognized as an influence on today’s condition of contemporary art.

In 1997 Nature Morte was reincarnated by Peter Nagy in New Delhi, with a concentration on Indian contemporary art.
